How do I purchase a gift package?
You can purchase online or call us at 888-738-0123 and our railbiking elves will be happy to return your call within 24 hours and assist you.
Can I personalize the gift or add a message?
No. We hope to offer this soon!
Do you offer digital gift cards?
Yes. If you wish a digital gift card only, go to: Railbiking Gift Cards — Revolution Rail Co.
However, every Holiday Collection package includes a paper certificate with an online code and at least one piece of merchandise.
Can I schedule the delivery of the gift?
No. We will mail your gift package to you within 48 hours of ordering.
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit cards.
Are there any discounts for bulk purchases?
Not for this promotion. The gift packages are already discounted.
Can I add a double or quad railbike to a package?
Yes! Reach out to us at info@revrail.com to upgrade your package. The more, the merrier!

What are the shipping costs?
We are shipping in the continental United States for a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.99.
How long does shipping take?
We will be using Priority Mail with the USPS. We will be shipping from: North Creek, NY; Cape May, NJ; and South Fork, CO. If you order a package from those locations, please look up standard shipping times on USPS.com.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we are not shipping internationally for our 2024 Holiday Gift Collection.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Once we hand off your package to the United States Postal Service, you will need to contact them with any delivery issues. We recommend you order as early as possible in December.
Can I track my gift package?
Yes, we use USPS Priority Mail and all packages have tracking numbers.

What is the last day to order to ensure delivery by Christmas?
While we cannot guarantee delivery, we recommend that you order before Wednesday, December 18.
Do you offer special holiday packaging?
We do not.
Can I include multiple gifts in one shipment?
Yes, you can!

How does the recipient redeem their gift package?
Recipients will be able to redeem their “experience” portions of a package between January 10 and March 10. This includes booking:

Emlyn Physick Estate Tours in Cape May
All lodging: Garnet Hill Lodge, The LOGE Wolf Creek, Nonantum Resort
Gift cards for food may be redeemed upon usage including:
Izzy’s Market & Deli, Out There Coffee, Tiny Timbers, Alisson’s
Are there any expiration dates for gift cards or packages?
Packages purchased from the Gift Collection have varying dates of usage. Check your package parameters carefully.
What if the recipient wants to exchange or upgrade their experience?
This is not possible for these holiday packages.

Can I return or exchange a gift package?
Gift packages are not returnable or exchangeable.
What is your refund policy?
These holiday gift packages are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Once your package has shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.
What if the recipient cannot use the gift by the specified date?
Please look at the dates carefully before purchasing. There are specific parameters that differ from package to package.

What is the Holiday Giving Campaign?
Revolution Rail’s Holiday Giving Campaign is a special initiative to offer meaningful gifts for “the person who has everything.” By making a donation in their honor, you can send a personalized card or a special gift to someone while also supporting four great non-profits.
What are the donation levels, and what do I receive?
$50 Donation: You will receive a blank card, which you can fill out with a personalized message for the recipient. This card will be mailed directly to you.
$100 Donation: You will receive the blank card plus one of our signature glass ornaments, valued at $25, beautifully packaged in a gift box. This makes the perfect holiday gift for someone special!
How will the donation benefit the non-profits?
100% of your donation will go directly to one of the four non-profits supported by our campaign. Revolution Rail Co. acts as a pass-through, meaning we process and send the donations to the selected charity on your behalf. You can be sure that your contribution is making a difference.
When will my donation be sent to the charity?
After the campaign ends on December 20, we will provide each non-profit with a lump sum donation. 100% of your donation will go directly to one of the four non-profits supported by our campaign.
How can I personalize the card that comes with my donation?
The card you receive will be blank, allowing you to fill it out with your own personal message for the recipient. This makes the gift even more meaningful and allows you to tailor the message to suit your holiday wishes.
Can I donate more than $100?
Absolutely! If you'd like to donate more than $100, please contact us directly at info@revrail.com or call 888-REV-0123, and we will be happy to assist you with your donation.

Can I choose which non-profit my donation supports?
Yes! During the donation process, you will be able to select from one of the following four non-profit organizations supported by the campaign:
The Nature Conservancy New York
The Nature Conservancy New Jersey
The Seashore Trolley Museum in Maine
SLV GO! in Colorado
Each non-profit represents a different cause, so you can choose the one that aligns most closely with your values.
Are donations tax-deductible?
The tax-deductibility of your donation depends on the tangible benefits you receive in return. For example, if you donate at the $100 level, you will receive the glass ornament (valued at $25) and a card (valued at $3). This means that the tax-deductible portion of your donation is the total amount donated minus the value of the goods you receive.
We will send you a confirmation letter via email that acknowledges the donation value, which will be the amount of your donation minus the value of the card (and ornament, if applicable).
Please note: Revolution Rail Co. is the pass-through for these donations, and we are not a registered charity. The confirmation letter will serve as your documentation for tax purposes. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor for specific guidance regarding your donations and any tax deductions you may be eligible for.

When will my card and ornament be sent out? Is there a cost?
We will ship your “in honor of” card and, if applicable, your ornament within 48 hours of receiving your online order. We use USPS. For donations that receive an ornament, we will use Priority Mail with tracking.
$50 donation: There is no cost for the card to be mailed to you.
$100 donation: For the card and ornament amount, there is a Shipping & Handling fee of $9.99. You will receive a tracking number when your package ships.
