  • How do I purchase a gift package?

    You can purchase online or call us at 888-738-0123 and our railbiking elves will be happy to return your call within 24 hours and assist you. 

    Can I personalize the gift or add a message?

    No. We hope to offer this soon!

    Do you offer digital gift cards?

    Yes. If you wish a digital gift card only, go to: Railbiking Gift Cards — Revolution Rail Co.

    However, every Holiday Collection package includes a paper certificate with an online code and at least one piece of merchandise. 

    Can I schedule the delivery of the gift?

    No. We will mail your gift package to you within 48 hours of ordering.  

    What are the payment options available?

    We accept all major credit cards. 

    Are there any discounts for bulk purchases?

    Not for this promotion. The gift packages are already discounted. 

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We are shipping in the continental United States for a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.99.

    How long does shipping take?

    We will be using Priority Mail with the USPS. We will be shipping from: North Creek, NY; Cape May, NJ; and South Fork, CO. If you order a package from those locations, please look up standard shipping times on USPS.com.

    Do you ship internationally?

    For now, we are not shipping internationally for our 2024 Holiday Gift Collection.

    What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

    Once we hand off your package to the United States Postal Service, you will need to contact them with any delivery issues. We recommend you order as early as possible in December.

    Can I track my gift package?

    Yes, we use USPS Priority Mail and all packages have tracking numbers.

  • What is the last day to order to ensure delivery by Christmas?

    While we cannot guarantee delivery, we recommend that you order before Wednesday, December 18.

    Do you offer special holiday packaging?

    We do not.

    Can I include multiple gifts in one shipment?

    Yes, you can!

  • How does the recipient redeem their gift package?

    Recipients will be able to redeem their “experience” portions of a package between January 10 and March 10. This includes booking:

    • Rev Rail railbikes

    • Emlyn Physick Estate Tours in Cape May

    • All lodging: Garnet Hill Lodge, The LOGE Wolf Creek, Nonantum Resort

    Gift cards for food may be redeemed upon usage including:

    • Izzy’s Market & Deli, Out There Coffee, Tiny Timbers, Alisson’s

    Are there any expiration dates for gift cards or packages?

    Packages purchased from the Gift Collection have varying dates of usage. Check your package parameters carefully.

    What if the recipient wants to exchange or upgrade their experience?

    This is not possible for these holiday packages.

  • Can I return or exchange a gift package?

    Gift packages are not returnable or exchangeable.

    What is your refund policy?

    These holiday gift packages are non-refundable.

    Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

    Once your package has shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.

    What if the recipient cannot use the gift by the specified date?

    Please look at the dates carefully before purchasing. There are specific parameters that differ from package to package.
